We’re committed to bringing the best training sessions to our facility so our local players can get a chance to train with the best players & coaches in the world. 

OUR FACILITY IS LOCATED IN OAKS, PENNSYLVANIA!

The Commit to Improve Training Center, located in Oaks, PA. It is a 14,000 sq. ft facility geared 
towards providing female lacrosse players everything they need to improve.

OUR PHILOSOPHY: To help athletes improve themselves a little bit each and every day, so they can reach their goals. We believe that you don’t have to be the most skilled athlete but if you commit to improve yourself each and every day you will see a huge return on the investment you make with yourself and we are here to help you reach your highest potential.

ANY ATHLETES

Any athletes can choose to come work out in the weight training area but all of our sessions on the turf will be geared towards women’s lacrosse training.

RETAIL STORE

Our Retail Store features in-house made to order apparel (made as you wait) and a fully stocked retail area for all of your women’s lacrosse needs , including sticks, accessories, training aids and apparel.

FACILITY

Commit To Improve Training Center offers state of the art turf, the best training aids, team locker rooms, & a 120 ft cinder wall that is made for players to get their wall ball reps in.

ON & OFF FIELD TRAINING

Our turf is used for lax-specific sessions, speed & agility training & private lessons. Our weight workout area houses strength training & our pilates/yoga/ ballet barre room is for your strength & flexibility training.

OUR MEMBERSHIPS

Our memberships are structured to give the player a bunch of different options to work on their game or their fitness with each session monitored by an in-house coach or trainer. Each week you’ll have Unlimited access to our in-house sessions (minimum of 8 -14 sessions per week for Lacrosse sessions & 8-12 sessions for Strength, Speed, Agility & Conditioning) to choose from.
